Past Programs

Our work begins with the 3Cs Assessment

Building confident, intentional youth.

Our programs help young people gain self-awareness, build confidence, and develop the skills to make thoughtful, intentional choices. By exploring their personal context and considering the consequences of their decisions, participants learn to take ownership of their actions and navigate life with clarity and purpose.

Designed for:

Young people and adolescents
Individuals seeking self-awareness and personal growth

Common entry points:

For individuals and youth navigating confidence, choices, and transitions.

Example:

Babylin, a recent U.S. university admit, came to us uncertain about her academic path. After working through our 3Cs Framework, she gained clarity around her goals and interests. She chose to major in International Relations with a minor in Law, aligning her studies more closely with her strengths and future ambitions.

Community Decision Labs

Community Decision Labs support groups in making thoughtful, collective decisions. Participants examine community context, including resources, barriers, and cultural dynamics, clarify shared choices, and anticipate consequences to ensure sustainable and equitable outcomes. These labs strengthen community agency, align priorities, and support coordinated, long-term action.

Designed for:

Community groups, coalitions, and nonprofits facing complex or competing priorities.

Common entry points:

Nonprofits β€’ Faith-based organizations β€’ Local initiatives β€’ Advocacy groups

Example

A group of middle school girls participated in a community-based confidence and leadership program. Through guided discussions, real-life scenarios, and collaborative activities, participants developed their decision-making, communication, and self-confidence skills. By the end of the program, students reported greater clarity, confidence, and willingness to speak up in school and peer settings.

Leadership & Strategy Alignment

Leadership & Strategy Alignment programs help organizations make better decisions at every level. Through the 3Cs framework, teams analyze organizational context, clarify strategic and operational choices, and assess consequences before implementation. The result is stronger alignment, improved efficiency, and decision-making that supports ethical, sustainable performance.
